He also served as chief operating officer for two Lorient portfolio companies including Healthy Living Network in California and Centria Healthcare. PurposeCare is the parent company of&nbsp;Purpose Home Health, Alliance Home Health Services, A1 Home Health Care and A1 Nursing Care, Newsome Home Health Care, and Honor Home Health serving the most vulnerable across a growing footprint in the Midwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRob is a proven chief operating officer with extensive home health and home care experience,\u201d says Rich Keller, chief executive officer, PurposeCare. \u201cWe are excited to have him on our team as he brings his leadership during our rapid growth through acquisition.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barrow is an expert at identifying complex challenges and implementing rapid change through the deployment of a unique set of tools such as&nbsp;&nbsp;quality and productivity improvement (QPi) and&nbsp;operational performance improvement (OPi) as well as organizational behavioral management (OBM) to name a few.
